This Order Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed with Dhairya Cosmetic on the Glowcor website (glowcor.in).

1. Cancellation by customer
You may cancel an order before it is packed or handed over to the courier. Send a cancellation request to hello@glowcor.com with your order number as soon as possible.

2. After dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery only in case of a wrong or damaged product, or follow our Refund Policy after delivery.

3. Cancellation by Dhairya Cosmetic
We may cancel an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, the shipping address cannot be served, or we detect suspected fraud or misuse.

4. Refund on cancellation
If an order is cancelled before dispatch and payment was successful, Dhairya Cosmetic will refund the paid amount to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Partial cancellation
If an order contains multiple items, we may cancel only the unavailable item(s) and process the rest, unless you ask us to cancel the full order before dispatch.
